PhysioDogtor did not start as an idea born in an office. It grew out of the everyday experience of a real practice.
As an animal physiotherapist, Dr. Vivien Schmidt-Herke works every day with patients, owners, treatment documentation, appointments and home exercises. In practice, it quickly became clear that managing this information transparently across separate tools is difficult.
Many general veterinary or administrative systems are not built around the workflow an animal physiotherapist follows every day. Following the therapy process, recurring treatments, condition changes, session notes and home exercises requires a different focus.
That is why we started building PhysioDogtor: Vivien brings the professional experience and knowledge of how a daily practice works, while Adrián shapes it as a developer into a working, clear system.
Our goal is to create a tool that truly supports the everyday work of a practice — not with more administration, but with information that is easier to find, review and connect.
We derive features from real animal physiotherapy workflows, not from theoretical feature lists.
We build the system so important information is easy to review quickly and easy to find again later.
